Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or engaging the services provided by AI Digital Innovation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any associated statement of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

Upon final milestone payment for bespoke software, web architectures, or design assets, all deliverables and 100% of custom source code are transferred to the client in accordance with project agreements.

3. Warranties & Engineering SLA

We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty covering all bugs, defects, and security compliance on custom Laravel applications developed by our engineering team.
